TX DUers: EVER heard an old story about bush and booze and coke?

Oh and I especially want to hear from you if you live in TX now or were living there in the late 70s and early 80s and have heard these stories.

They involve hookers, hotel rooms, cocaine, booze, and took place in and around Houston and Midland/Odessa, Texas.

Post here even if you know someone living in TX who has told you these things.

I am putting together a little analogy of the smearies. Have sent out emails to family members and friends I heard these stories from way back when, too.

I just need to get a count....

2. I have a friend who used to serve beer at the stadiums in TX

he said he always laughed when he heard people say W was sober... he used to be loaded all the time when Tom (my friend) would be working the suites. Or so he says.

This is NO different than what the smearies have done. I have heard my WHOLE life stories about bush and hookers, booze and cocaine. So why not get about 300 people together who were living in Texas at the time they heard the story, get them to sign affidavits (no proof needed!), start a 527 and get some ads on the air!

What should we call ourselves?
