Hell, when the story first broke, we were told that there was "Far worse stuff" coming... and it never showed up, did it? Nick Berg gets beheaded on video and everyone takes that as their cue to drop the story like it's the anthrax investigation, and the trail has just pointed at a US Army lab.

Well something did happen - the journalist gave the prosecutors Mr. Scooter today. (Of course scooter released him from his privilege so he testified.) If scooter told the prosecutors that Journalist "A" was the one that told him (scooter) that Plame was an agent and it was common knowledge she was an agent --- and if the journalist told the prosecutor that was not how it happened, that Journalist "A" didn't know about Plame until Novak's article -- well then scooter was telling lies to federal investigators and that is a violation of 18 USC 1001. (Ask Martha)

So something happened today, it just isn't clear what will come out of what happened. What and when grand juries act is just not a predictable thing and putting time tables on juries (petit or grand) is never a wise move. Never try to predict a jury.

Gee, a Plame outing---America yawns--this isn't something they know or care about. Some more juicy shit on the prisoner abuse scandle---double yawn. Those stinkin' Arabs deserve it and more. So you screwed their kids---should have killed them. And the investigators just said it was only lower scum that did that---period, that's it. Who cares. Get my drift? We could go on for days about such things but America doesn't know or care. All the crap in the spring that was coming down on Bush and it didn't even muss up a hair on his head. The Shitboat story and the debunking is also in the "boooring category"..the public has the impression that Kerry lied about his 'Nam service...probably wasn't there or deserted or something.
