4. I hate to say it--but, as per usual, Dem surrogates are going to have to
bring it up unsolicited.

I know I sound like a broken record but I refuse to believe that the GOP can get 99 percent of their surrogates, from lowly "authors" to top senators, to stay on message day in and day out and we can't. Either the Dems don't understand the concept of surrogates or their surrogate operation is a mess.

Surrogates ans spokespeople--Radio, TV, Live, and talking to print reporters--are an integral part of getting reporters to do stories these days. That's just how the media operates. In order to create stories, our surrogates have to repeat our points over and over and over until the craven, lazy media is convinced that the talking points ARE the stories. How many times have you seen the GOP do just that?

Watch how many Dems repeat the O'Neil/Nixon Tapes stuff and/or Bush is undefeated in debates.

6. I saw that, and it is good news, but . . .
this needs to spread.

The "O'Neill is a liar" theme needs to take hold before the counterspin can begin.

7. Why Isn't The Media Reporting This One?
O'Neill has been caught in a lie but they're not reporting it. What a joke. I wonder if the Kerry campaign has been asleep at the switch again

8. Has the Associated Press and Reuters picked this up yet?
If not, Kerry's people and others on the left need to put pressure on them to pick up this story.

They pick up every anti-Kerry rumor, but ignore the truth?

9. Can Anyone Be Surprised?
I have to ask: Where the hell are Kerry's people? Are they really as slow and incompetent as they appear?
