MSNBC still strongly pushing the Swift Lies
Unbelieveable. Even with *ALL* the official evidence and witnesses to the contrary, I flick on my TV this morning, 8:35am CDT, and there's MSNBC's Candy Crowley wannabe pushing Thurlow's version of events -- giving short shrift to reality.

And these pieces-o-s wonder why people go to The Daily Show for credible reporting.

That's where John Candy Crowley works.

2. "wannabe"
No. I was smearing the MSNBC "reporter" -- who's on her way to a Candy Crowley-like state. I didn't bother checking her name.

I just now changed over to CNN, and was subjected to Cafferty reading 3 letters expressing viewers thoughts on the Swift Boat thing -- 2 of which were extremely negative, and 1 that was anti-Bush and ignored the Swift Boat facts.

The TV is now off.

hit piece of sorts on Kerry. I was looking to see if the O'Neill-Nixon tapes had hit the news and I have found NOTHING today. I was shocked to see this on MSNBC because they have been pretty good about things lately---must have just gotten the Rove memo. She did confront O'Neill with things like "then everyone in Kerry's boat must be liars" to which he said "yes". Blah Blah and then she ended with a note that there are questions and inconsistencies in Kerry's record. Oh, little fat-ass, you mean like the MAMMOUTH inconsistencies in Bush's great service to the nation that just isn't worth talking about. It's as though there is a deliberate attempt this a.m. to get in the smears because of the tape.

8. Right, Lisa Myers... and it was Thurlow she was enabling
I was doing the same thing, expecting the cable news tide to have finally turned on this issue. I was obviously delusional to think that facts and evidence would have any relevance.

4. I'm starting to wonder...
I'm starting to wonder if the networks aren't intentionally keeping the Swift Boat issue in play, in order to make the election closer and more heated -- and thereby forcing both campaigns into even more TV ad spending.

5. it was a recorded piece from last nite
and thurlow they told the contradiction in what he was saying, also at the end they told thurlow says he may not be remembering well, cause of his anger what kerry did when he got back. there were also parts where it is not peachy for kerry's story. about no bullets recorded in his boat and only three on thurlow, challenging thurlow on keeping the medal. also had rassmun on too. so i dont think it was a hatchet piece on kerry. they just didnt slam the vets and call them all liars

10. MSNBC Fools...
Out of the "major" news outlets, it seems as if only MSNBC gave the Kerry interview on the John Stewart show a negetive report. Even CNN was fair.
