1. Other: McCain won because his answers were just as stupid as the average American. NT

3. Same here
I am hiring a guy to run the country, not be my moral compass.

4. But don't you need someone to tell you right from wrong?
*rolls eyes*

same here. I couldn't care less about what Obama or McCain has to say about morals.

I'm looking for someone to lead our country, Barack Obama.

5. Despite the framing, the forum was pure politics (not "morals"). nt
Imagine the worst rightwinger you could imagine coming up with questions, twist them a little around "faith" here and there, and you've got the general idea.

6. I disagree. I want a president with STRONG morals.
Morals about attacking civilians, torturing captives, helping the poor, preventing the spread of AIDS, stopping genocide, protecting the environment, and many many many more moral issues that the president wrestles with every day.

8. Would that be morals or just good judgement?
I want both in a leader, but I am not hiring him to be my moral compass. I've got that pretty well figured out on my own.

7. Obama did better in that forum, especially considering McSame's cheating
McCain's approach would work better in debates, so Obama must adapt there.
