Is there Kerry Connection to 527 legal Bob Bower and Joeseph Sandler????
Bush talking heads are saying the Kerry legal connection (Bower and Sandler)to ACT/Moveon is worse than the Bush legal connection to the "not so swift vets" was (before he resigned). Kerry campaign says not so.

Does anyone have some facts on this?

You can bet the Kerry talking heads on the talk shows tonight will have no idea what is going on..."like dear caught in headlights" when confronted.

Could have been an honest question. The "Kerry talking heads" line probably raised your suspicions, though.

4. BTW, you do realize that MoveOn is not a 527,
but it is a PAC.

Most of their funds have gone to voter registration drives.

14. Actually, depends on which Moveon your talking about...
from moveon.org:
http://www.moveon.org/about/

The MoveOn family of organizations consists of three entities. MoveOn.org, a 501(c)(4) organization, primarily focuses on education and advocacy on important national issues. MoveOn PAC, a federal PAC, primarily helps members elect candidates who reflect our values. And MoveOn.org Voter Fund, a 527 organization, primarily educates voters on the positions, records, views, and qualifications of candidates for public office.

23. Prickly bunch we have here… I like it..
I worry about our unprepared Kerry supporters who on cable TV every evening try to defend Kerry without getting their talking points straight before hand. Topic this eve will be resignation of Bush lawyer Ginsberg and connection to the “not so swift” team. Bush people are claimimg a Kerry legal connection exists with “their” 527’s. How will we respond? Is there a connection?

lawyers and lawyers helping 527s. Haven't heard about any Kerry Campaign lawyer working with 527s.

26. Here's The Deal YOU PROVIDE EVIDENCE FIRST
of any connections between Kerry and 527's, then we'll look at it and tell you what we think. How's that sound?

Your unsubstantiated allegations on a message board just don't cut it.

Yes, you asked questions, but based on WHAT? Why do you even HAVE those questions? Where then are these allegations coming from if NOT from you?

Put up.

I heard some people saying the Bush fucks sheep. Is this true? Can you clear this up for me?

31. It's not illegal for lawyers to advise both groups.
Ginsburg didn't have to resign. The reason that I think he did was that there was a lot of evidence of connections BEFORE Ginsburg's association came up. He just sealed the deal. That's why he resigned.

A lot of dodging and weaving is being done. All * had to do was denounce the ad. Simple. He refused ergo............what we have now.
