1. someone I know had to go through foreclosure
they had to sell their furniture and car too.

with the economy as it is with lost jobs and homes.

Especially since "McMansion" is already in the vocabulary, it rolls right off the tongue.

(It also has links to the mortgage crisis and Phil Gramm's role in that.)

I am LOVING seeing McCain being hoisted on his own petard--what was his campaign thinking when they started this thing with Obama's "mansion"? Even if it was in response to McCain's forgetting how many homes he has, that was stupid stupid stupid.
