But it was discussed on Blitzer just a bit ago. Kerry's spokesperson said that -- an attorney who works for the Kerry campaign works at the same firm that employs another attorney who advises a 527. So it is not the same as Ginsberg who, himself, works for Bush* and the Swift Boat Vets.

Rove is telling a lie. He has to know better.
