He did it on ABC World News Tonight, now he is doing it on HARDBALL.

1. From my chair he wasn't acting
he is a partisan Republican. He won't do anything about Bush, but he sure was threatening the Democrats.

6. There's not time for the FEC to do anything. Dems know that.
It would take at least a couple of months to investigate and come up with an answer. Dems can keep this up because they filed a complaint and there is no way to prove them wrong.

shows how completely corrupt the FEC was. To Matthews credit - he was not impressed and showed it. Said "they will probably get away with it" right at the end. ROTF. Good one Chris.

The Chairman of the FEC is a Republican and the Vice-Chairman is a Democrat.
