Another vet witness debunking SBVT lies, as if we need another
Another guy missed the crack research staff for O'Neill's book. I don't even think the wire services will bother to pick up any more testimonies from the guys who actually served with Kerry, now that the Scum Boat Vets for Bush are totally discredited.

Wasser was the leading petty officer and second in command to the Democratic presidential nominee when they led swift boats up the Mekong Delta of Vietnam — a time of Kerry's service in the U.S. Navy that's now under fire from some of his fellow veterans.

"He never made a bad command decision," Wasser told about 100 people who gathered to hear him speak at the DuPage County Democratic campaign headquarters Wednesday in Lombard.

1. Keep it coming
To back off now would give Bush*/Rove time to reorganize. I think that yesterday's visit to Crawford was just the opening salvo. Kerry has seized an opening provided by Bush* and I think that he is going to exploit it.

This will be a demonstration of Kerry's qualifications as a leader against terrorism.

3. Kerry's a closer, he's fought this war before
Rove screwed up with the timing of the swifties and their effectiveness is dwindling as time goes by.

4. Mr. Wasser is a great guy
I met him and had a chance to speak with him at a Kerry House Party in Milwaukee where he spoke. He's real, he's down to earth, and he's proud of his service and a strong supporter of ALL vets.

Great Quote:

"I am a swift boat sailor," he said. "I know a lot of the guys on those ads. If you weren't physically one of the five crew members on PCF-44 or PCF-94, you did not serve with John Kerry and you were not there."
