Help with some distinction in this (Fay Abu Ghraib Report)
I would like some opinions on this thought...

Say General Fay is required to appear before Congress and give testimony about what he found out about the Abu Ghraib abuse investigation. In his testimony he gives a detailed listing of all the events.

Now, this is done to complete the investigation and hopefully prevent this from happening again.

My quandry is, how will this be different from what Kerry did in 1971?

Thanks...

1. Kerry was asked, for starters, the night before I might add.
Fay was directed to give testimony about his report, mensa.

My quandry is why apples are red sometimes and oranges are sometimes, well, orange.

What, things a little discouraging over at.... uh.... you know where?
