Bush using White House for Campaign. How does that work?
Okay.. It struck me today that Scott McClellan, whose salary WE pay, is issuing statements on Bush's behalf, in response to the Kerry Campaign. More and more the lines are blurred over in the White House. McClellan should NOT be using any worktime to respond to the Kerry Campaign, he should NOT be Bush's spokesperson from the White House when it comes to refuting or attacking Kerry and his campaign.

Am I wrong on this? I worked on a Congressional campaign of an incumbent. We were not allowed to even share a newspaper subscription, lest it violate the law. Tell me HOW McClellan is being used to attack and refute Kerry, and it is somehow STILL official White House business???

Help.

2. Karl Rove is conducting polls from the WH
he admitted it last night.

Isn't that a pretty clear violation of the Hatch Act?

3. Why aren't the watchdogs bringing this up?
I really don't get it. I keep seeing McClellan, and others refuting Kerry, or commenting on the campaign. I KNOW this has to be against the election laws. This is such bullshit.
