Did any of the Cable channels show Barack's Patriotic Great Uncle, Veteran of WWII?

Cause I saw them showing Kerry's speech on MSNBC, and they never showed him, only John Kerry applauding him for like an eternity!

He was given a wonderful round of applause by the delegates and the camera focused on him for a long time too. He looked like he was taken by surprise with all the attention being placed on him.

can't stomach too much of CNN, will also turn to PBS. Thought it was a great moment. I really want the dems to stick it to these "we're more patriotic than you" childish idiots (although I know my use of 'stick it to them' is childish, but I am sick of the repugs playing the 'patriotic' card. I come from a long line of military folk...and all democrats, including the uncle who was on Iwo Jima, so I'm really sick of the repubs thinking they "own" that adjective.)

I was listening to XM POTUS 130, and after Evan Byah's speech, the commentator said, that was another speech the MSM decided not to broadcast

The MSM has misjudged everything about this Convention, from how divided it would be, to how it was a very weak Convention

Like most things they were wrong AGAIN

We are more united then ever and the issues at stake have never been made more stronger or clearer

9. Like you, I was watching MSNBC, and kept waiting for them to show the Uncle.

I was so disappointed. I do everything I can to avoid it, but I might have to switch to CNN tomorrow
night, or perhaps PBS.
