Mr. Goodman, who helped craft Sen. John McCain's health care policy, said anyone with access to an emergency room effectively has insurance, albeit the government acts as the payer of last resort. (Hospital emergency rooms by law cannot turn away a patient in need of immediate care.)

"So I have a solution. And it will cost not one thin dime," Mr. Goodman said. "The next president of the United States should sign an executive order requiring the Census Bureau to cease and desist from describing any American – even illegal aliens – as uninsured. Instead, the bureau should categorize people according to the likely source of payment should they need care.

"So, there you have it. Voila! Problem solved."

don't have any, then they ask you for money up front first before you ever get to see a doctor. Been there.

Nevermind the bill collectors who will hound you to death. Then they garnish your wages, so you can't afford your house payment. Then they repossess your home or if your a renter they kick you out. Of course, there is always the tried and true coffee can on the grocery store counters, asking for donations. Your family can have a bake sale.

This is the greatest health care system in the world according to the pukes.

Oh and BTW, McSame better not talk about healthcare since he's had government healthcare his whole freakin' life.
