Giving credit where credit is do, Which DU'er called the Palin pick back in March?
I recall reading a long thread on who McCain might pick back in March. One poster said that Palin was a possiblity and gave a quick history on her.

I can remember who the poster was, but Kudos to you, whoever you are, on making the call so far out.

2. No, I believe the poster was an Obama supporter who either
lived in Alaska or had family there.

The poster said that Palin was popular in Alaska and had the record the Repub base would love.

6. I agree, but this DU'er called ay back in March.
It was the first time I had ever heard of Palin and this poster said that she was a pick we need to look out for.

I have only seen Palin get more attention here since Hillary dropped out.

12. This kinds of reminds me of something that happened on a college football message board
A Texas A%M fan stated his girlfriend worked at a car dealership and that a Oklahoma football player was one the payroll but didn't work there. He said the it was the QB and asked if any one had heard of this or what he should do. A bunch of posters thold him he was crazy and no booster would be that blatant.

Six month later the OU QB got nailed by the NCAA for exactly what that Texas A&M poster's had said the QB was doing. The board pulled the thread back up and started giving the guy major kudos.

Thank god he's nowhere near Norman anymore. New QB is much better now...

14. Thank you for remembering me!
If I reposted my March prognostication yesterday, posters would've accused me of having the hots for Palin, or something bizarre like that. Yesterday was just a bad day on this board, and I wanted no part of the flame wars.

Peace to you all.
