So, let me get this straight, Gov. Palin . . .
You acknowledge that Hillary Clinton is responsible for 18 million cracks in the glass ceiling but you think that women in this country are going to allow YOU to be the one to finally shatter it?

Do you, John McCain and your handlers really believe that women voters are so stupid that we would permit all of the hard work that Democrats have done to get to this point to result in the election of a president and vice president who would undercut everything that women have been fighting for all of these years?

Do you really think that we are so mesmerized by the sight of a woman on a party ticket that we will just draw up to you like little kids in the Barney trance?

Better think again . . .

3. The funny thing about glass ceilings is that you have to work to break it
it's not something that's given to you by the same people who have worked hard for centuries to keep you away from it in the first place.

4. Talk about being born on third base and claiming to hit a triple
She stands among those who have done just about everything they can to keep women from full equality, and then the minute it's to her advantage, she then pushes ahead to stand on the shoulders of those very people she has been fighting against.

It is sickening. I hope no one falls for it.
