MSNBC leaps ahead of CNN - CNN in last place!!!
Edited on Sat Aug-28-04 07:40 AM by RatTerrier
Okay, it's from Drudge. But I had to share it - CNN's new conservative format is a ratings dud. They are crashing hard.

Meanwhile, MSNBC got tough on the Bush administration, and it looks to be paying off.

FOX is FOX, and they still have the die-hard brainwashed junkies polluting what's left of their minds with that swill.

CABLE NEWS RACE

2. What is saw in MSNBC last night sure didn't look tough on dub.
Scarborough Country was doing everything they could to support the swift boat group.
They had people on there calling Kerry a liar and saying they were there.

6. Scarbourough Country doesn't count. Scarborough was hired because
he's a republican hack. That's what he is. That's what he does.

5. Daaamn. Larry King and Aaron Brown down to 0.5.
Excellent! :D

Norville, beating Zahn. Double excellent!!!

Even though Brown may not be "that bad.." I'm glad happy when any show on CNN other than Crossfire does poorly.

7. It's the DU effect!
I didn't watch MSNBC at all until recently when a lot of DUers have posted about how good Tweety and Countdown have been, so now I'm addicted! :)

8. You should have seen him on "Real Time" with Bill Maher
last night. He explained to Maher that when they vote, they need to think 20 years ahead, and that Bush wasn't the right choice in that case.

He may as well have worn an "ABB" t-shirt.

It was something to see. I hope someone has some streaming video of it.

12. Olberman is rising
I feel bad for CNN, but they really brought it on themselves, trying to go more FOX-lite to recover their sagging ratings.

I DO have a problem with Scarshantytown being at .6 when Aaron Brown is at .5

I'm lovin' Dennis Miller at .1, I'm waiting until it gets to 0.0

14. Can't wait until Miller
is at -0.1..........at that point he'll be paying people to watch his show.

Be nice if MSNBC replaced Barfin' Joe with Ron R. That "After Hours" show they did certainly made the point that Ron was a MUCH better host than Joe "Hey, there's a dead intern in my office" Scarbrough
