Kerry citation a 'total mystery' to ex-Navy chief

Former Navy Secretary John Lehman has no idea where a Silver Star citation displayed on Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry's campaign Web site came from, he said Friday. The citation appears over Lehman's signature.

The story is from a right-wing rag and is a bunch of crap. As for Lehman signature, it's probably from an autopen and probably because the citation is a copy that was issued/reissued during 1981-1986 when Lehman was Sec of the Navy.

The rest of it is RW BS too.

Lehman was in Iran-Contra up to his eyeballs. Most recently he served on the 9/11 Commission - I heard him try to slime Richard Clarke.

Lehman is very evil.
