I think it's the, I'm sorry & I repent George Dubya. All these little stories (cheney for gays, kerry is more honorable, miscalculation, etc...) Make people think he's a sinner whos seen the error of his ways.. and the media will play him as born-again.

The sheeple love that he's "strong and decisive" :puke: which means that he will walk a very dangerous path if he tries to soften his image. He risks giving up his one 'strength'.

This is the Karen Hughes touch. Make the Chimp seem more human and introspective. It plays well to the middle. And who knows, just maybe they are STUPID enough to fall for it again--even after almost four years of arrogance and ignorance.

Definitely a tactical move to appeal to the middle.
