Edited on Sun Aug-29-04 10:41 AM by Sparkly
TIME
Do you think these swift-boat ads are unfair to John Kerry?

BUSH
Do I think they're unfair? Not really. There have been millions of terrible ads against my husband.

also...

TIME
Have you ever had a gay couple stay with you in the White House or in Texas?

BUSH
I'm sure we have.

(She didn't know?)

1. Well, since Pickles doesn't have any problems with those ads...
...wonder how she'd feel about a certain matter of vehicular homicide getting some prime time coverage.

2. You beat me by a few seconds

Why do the Bushes always play the victim card? I can't think of an anti-Bush 527 ad that was as nasty as the Swiftnuts and Club For Growth stuff.

At least the MoveOn and ACT ads mostly stick to the issues. And, sorry lurking freepers, the 'Hitler' ad doesn't count. It wasn't an official MoveOn ad, and the link was removed from their site.

Truth be told, if you want a president with a thick skinned, don't vote for that pussy whiner George W. Bush. And his fembot wife too!

4. What would she do if this happened?
Would she still think it fair?

5. Hey, Pickles,
'terrible' has nothing to do with truth. There is a difference between 'terrible' truth and 'terrible' lies, you fucking skanky hydrocephalic bitch! If your retarded zoo animal of a husband had made any attempt to do his fucking job, maybe there wouldn't be 'millions' of those 'terrible' ads out there reminding him what a fucking miserable failure he is. What an insulting vacant little piece of Repug filth.

BTW, I'm in a bad mood this morning.

6. Another liar
Wow, "millions" of terrible ads against W.

When were we able to watch the news?

Let's see, "millions" of 30 second commercials.

Say 3 million, just to get the "multiple" effect.

So, 90 million seconds, that's 25K hours of commercials, or roughly 1042 DAYS of commercials.

Let's put it another way. Every "half-hour sitcom" is approximately 22 minutes of non-commercial time.

So, 90 million seconds is 1.5 million minutes. Multiply that by the 8 minutes left on a half-hour sitcom, that's 187,500 half hour comedies, or 93,750 hours of television. Or 3906.25 days.

On four major networks (since Fox hasn't yet ground ABC, NBC, or CBS into dust): That's 976.56 days of "terrible ads" against Bush. That would be 12/27/2001, right in the middle of sucking on Bush's, er, popularity.

So, non-stop since 12/27/2001, eh? Every commercial on every major network has been a terrible ad against Bush since December 2001?

Oh, wait, Fox sucks up to Bush by virtue of Rupert Murdoch. It wouldn't air a commercial which would question their glorious Fuhrer, eh?

That would be 2/4/2001. Barely into Bush's Presidency, what, just over two weeks into Bush's reign of error.

Hmm, Funny, I seem to remember a bunch of Glorification of Bush ads scattered in there amidst the Democratic FULL FORCE propaganda machine.

And that's just saying the 30 second commercials.
