What if Bush had gone to Vietnam?

Suppose he did go to Vietnam and saw combat. What would such an experience have had on such a self-centered, spoiled little rich kid?

Would it have matured and sobered him? Would he have even considered invading Iraq? Or would he have spent his whole tour of duty writing letters home to get his father's connections to get him the hell out of there?

he would have been fragged. After the guys heard for the 10th time that his grandpa was a senator and his father very important. The guys would have decided it was enough. If not fragged he would have come back a heroin addict.
