So when McCain said "we will act as Americans, not as Republicans"`
a phrase that has been repeated by Pickles and/or Cindy when referring to Gustav, are they actually admitting that usually Republicans don't think of themselves as Americans?

3. That's how I took it..

9. I read one lady from Alaska quoted as saying: "I don't care
what the United States thinks. If I did care, I'd live there." I have a feeling Palin feels the same way.

7. I think it's a subtle slight of hand trying to imply that Democrats

8. I thought the same thing.
I did a quick, "Did I hear that right"? Is that a Freudian slip or something?
