Why Palin was willing to accept McCain's offer I will never understand.
In doing so she opened her family up to losing their privacy. That is what happens to political figures.
She had to know her daughter's pregnancy was now going to be National news and enter the public debate arena.
Sad for her daughter and shame on Palin and McCain for putting the daughter through this needlessly.
