If Palin stays, and verdict comes due days before election, possible to seem politicized-either way.
Would they (and think it's a Dem chief) feel the pressure of an entire election in not wanting to find her guilty of abuse of power. Giving her a boost, or invalidating the ruling.

Are they allowed to consider, make mention of pattern of behavior: her campaign advisor and friend, the librarian?

Talking head pundits/MSM assume/saying she will sail through it.
