When all else fails. Here comes Bush with the FEAR CARD
Bush: “The Man We Need is John McCain”

The White House releases excerpts of President Bush’s address to the GOP convention Tuesday evening.

“We live in a dangerous world. And we need a president who understands the lessons of September 11, 2001: that to protect America, we must stay on the offense, stop attacks before they happen, and not wait to be hit again. The man we need is John McCain.”

Also says McCain offers “a story of service above self,” and says his “independence and character helped change history” when he got behind the surge.

4. It's irresponsible to criticize our president while the country is under attack by hurricanes.

6. Do they REALLY want to play the fear card?
With Mayor Palin a heartbeat away? With the only thing standing between her and the presidency, a 72 year old with a history of cancer?

Do they really want to do there??

7. they already orchestrated the georgian invasion
russia was totally correct to defend abkazia and s. ossettia

bush has had advisors working with georgia's corrupt and authoritarian, so-called "dem" prez for some time now

so McCain can spew super inflammatory war mongering rhetoric to stoke the electorate's fears

the electorate is largely too stupid to realize we need to form alliances with Russia, not antagonize it with useless missile defense systems (that will NEVER work) and pushing NATO right to its border

maybe I should simply move

i will if mccain gets elected
