Kerry is doing just fine...
considering the enemies that are pitted against him. He has a formidable task. He has to fight the blitzkrieg of the Bush/Rove machine. On top of that, he has to fight a media that has, more than anytime in our memory, surrendered their duty to report the truth in the news - not just "he said, she said". They are easy prey for the manipulative Bush/Rove propaganda machine.

Kerry is smart and is a fighter. He is courageous. I cannot think of anyone that would have been a better candidate or anyone that would be doing any better at this time. They would have attacked Gephardt and Wes Clark just as bad as they have Kerry. They believe in personal attacks. It is difficult to argue policies when your character has been attacked. A "flip-flopper" is much worse than it sounds. The truth is our best weapon at this time - and the ability to get it out.

1. Totally agree.
They didn't want Kerry, but they got him. He knows where the bodies are buried....looks like Iran/Contra-BCCI is making a return and I want Kerry and a Democratic House to start investigations as soon as his hand comes off the Bible in January.

5. Kerry is in the catbird seat
especially now that Bush has admitted that he believes Kerry served honorably, yet he refuses to condemn the Smear-Boaters, who've been proven to be lying. Why do you think he's suddenly starting whining that "it's time to move on?" If the Kerry camp doesn't start throwing AWOL bombs at him towards the end of this week, then it will be up to us.
