4. How long exactly was he in the Hanoi Hilton before agreeing to tell the VC our bomb runs?
It was what, 2 days?

7. I dunno
I'm pretty angry. I may just vote and donate money to Barack Obama or something...

God, I am so glad this loser of an executive is going to be gone soon.

8. I want to know who that guy with the weird voice who keeps shouting 'yeah!' is.
I'm imagining a giant hat with some tiny guy underneath it.

9. I'm angry! Me, over here! Angry, angry, angry!
Angry that John McCain wants to break my pension, break my healthcare, break the possibility that I might ever own a home, break the possibility that I can ever afford to have children, break my attempts to pay off student loans, break the levees, break the Artic glaciers, break the lives of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians, break our school system, and break the Constitution.

Yep, I'm pretty angry. Fuck you, paper cowboy!

10. The Hanoi Hilton DID break his resolve.
Even mcsame admits he made propaganda videos for the Viet Cong.

Are these people that stupid? Or do they just think we are?

15. McCain is a proven chump
he backed down to the Viet Cong, he gave in to Dubya, and he rolled over double quick to the Reich Wing of his party over and over. Especially, by anointing Gov. Failin to his ticket.

It's all but official that he wanted LIEberman or Capt'n Color Code and was shut down by the theocrats.

14. JSM III seems to feel pretty darned confident that he won't be Swiftboated, doesn't he?
They are tossing around those POW-spirit comments so very freely. Tempting us to make the covertly known material about his service apparent to more people. A lot of that stuff is not too pretty. We don't like to speak ill of fellow citizens' military service. But bad things do happen. Planes do crash and spirits are broken. But our candidate would not touch the material.

Many Democrats would refrain. More Democrats than Republicans have served in the military. At least that was the case when I was checking out the Chickenhawk lists in 2004. So we have been more respectful of military service and wouldn't dream of wearing band-aids to mock recipients of the Purple Heart. And that's why Democrats are far more generous regarding veterans' benefits. We respect their service not just in words but in deeds and dollars.

But my oh my they are stretching that tolerance tonight.

Let's hope it is just too damned hokey to the audience at home and backfires.

16. Don't believe the "songbird" hype
Of course Hanoi Hilton broke McCains resolve. That's how he picked up the nickname songbird. According to one video I watched after McCain was captured North Viet Namese air defense kills went up dramatically after McCain spilled the beans on bombing targets.

18. Oh "f" you Fred
Your candidate's resolve has already been broken by his rash choice of Sarah, which has resulted in him going into hiding FOR DAYS NOW. Refusing to speak to the press.

He has already done himself great damage, all on his own. Fred, do you know where your Johnny Boy is tonight? Nobody else does.
