Four and a half hours of protestors against the war.
I have a question. Why are our Democrats so afraid to say it is a wrong war? I felt an emptiness after the protests. We were doing this same thing before Iraq.

I felt that there was no one saying anything from our party, that it is wrong.

These were people from all over the country. Our government, both parties, is failing to listen to the voices of the people.

It is like an issue that has been decided, and the views of the populace do not matter.

1. I saw "We, the People," everywhere...
I saw people demanding their proud nation back.

No, I didn't see Kerry signs, I saw signs to get us out of Iraq and get rid of the corrupt administration.

I saw people who made me proud to be an American.

One of us was watching the protest walk in front of MSG. I could have sworn it was me.

2. they wouldn't let anyone into penn station to take trains home.
long island marchers had to take several connecting subways to jamaica station, and i don't know about the rest who needed to use penn station to get home to other locations. it was/is a huge hassle for exhausted protesters. :(

3. I admire everyone who was there today.
It had to be so hot and exhausting. I know they felt proud though. Why would they not allow them on subways? Fear?
