He clearly hates America !
I thought as I watched the protests today on C-Span of the pure division of this country. No one in their right mind could say the current adminisration was mainstream. When one looked at the massive outpouring of the protestors and the message they carried to the GOP and Bush would have to come to the conclusion the Bush=Cheney ticket is more than fear and smear. The ticket is pure hatred for America.

A person who loved their country would say," I love America. I love being president. I love my party. In spite of what I believe has been right for America, I can no longer stand to see America divided like this. I love America more than I love what I see happening from mistakes made due to lack of intelligence, the vile acts of the mistreatment of the Iraqi prisoners, the misguided information given to me regarding an economic plan that is not working for the good of all americans. I cannot stand to see a country I love, being hated by mistakes made during my administration. I therefore cannot, or will not accept the nomination for re election because I love America. There may be a place for me at another point in time but that time is not now."
I love America and for the good of our country and this republic, I decline the nomination".

To me that is what a true american who loved their country in Bush's position would say. I believe that with all my heart. So I think for all of you folks out here who have family members who are not exactly for Bush but a die hard republican should remind them what we here have known all along., George W. Bush hates America. He does not care about our safety, our welfare, our elderly, our children or respect from othr countries. George Bush is as uamerican as one can get and we should remind anyone who thinks not, that our party had a man in this position one time, another Texan, and he loved America more than his war or his job. I could not stand LBJ but when he declined the nomination for another term he kept America from an absolute Civil war and he had congress on his side. The division drove Nixon insane and if Bush is reselected what will really happen to America, from a man who clearly hates the country he is supposed to be leading ! That is the question we should really be asking the fencesitters !

4. His own people are the enemy
the ones he can blindside also are his enemies and he strives to pull the wool over their vacant eyes through the use of fear.

The ones he cannot blindside he terrorizes through threats and the squelching of their civil liberties.

He is a tyrant. Some out of fear will capitulate, others will flee from it and others will fight to the death.

After seeing the demonstration today in NYC, and observing the excellent organisational abilities of whoever it was that coordinated this wonderful protest, I have no doubt that should he try to steal the next election,or do anything to stop an election, there will be blood in the streets resulting from a mass uprising against this tyrant.

7. Bush doesn't hate "his" country.
He loves "his" country because it has made him powerful and wealthy. Bush wants you to love "his" country and if you disagree, he wants you to leave it, be imprisoned, or die.

Bush's America is not the America you visualize. When he talks about "Murika" he is referring to a religiously feudalistic state. You are only welcome if you accept your role as a serf.

wants America to become this, after looking at those demonstrations he is out of touch. It will never happen. we will not allow American to become His America. There was a show on 60 minutes or something right after Princess Di died and the majority of Americans polled said they would not stand for a monarchy. Where are all those americans now? In the streets of New York !

10. I can't visualize * taking this country any further down the low road.
Somehow I think Kerry will overcome lying scum Rove and his swifty lying boaters along with the bbvs. Even though I feel in despair frequently I simply cannot see * being able to 'rule' our country another 4 years.
