MSNBC is probably the best bet for late nite convention coverage, IMO
Last month I seemed to enjoy MSNBC after hours coverage with Tweety, Joe Scarborough, Ron Reagan, Carl Bernstein, Joe Trippi, and a few other invitees like Dee Dee Myers and that insult dog. Hopefully they will add even more progressives to their lineup.

anybody like CNN better, especially with Paul Begala and James Carville? I think those two are great, but I just can't take Larry King, Wolf Blitzer, F---er Carlson, Bob Novakula and Judi Woodruff.

If I can stomach this, MSNBC seems the best bet, IMO. Fox is scum, so they are out. I don't even care that they have Alan Colmes. Sorry Alan, you lose on this one.

1. Msnbc knows that as well.
As they are moving left, their ratings have gone up and they have gotten a lot more friendly emails from us. Encourage them all you can stomach.

2. Alternatives for viewing RNC
Al Franken is covering the RNC on Comedy Central and Democracy Now is also covering....I get that via satelitte on LINK TV (love them). A couple alternatives for those with cable.

3. Way cool!
Didn't know. I do know that with clear channel picking up AAR on two or three stations, things are beginning to look a littls better for the war.

4. MSNBC won my viewership this month.
Chris Matthews railing against the not-so- Swift Boat Veterans For Bush, Keith Olbermann blogging his ass off and kicking tail on "Countdown," actual, real news covered live on the weekends.

I kissed CNN goodbye, forever.... well, I do still watch CNN International, which is sane, rational, and non-partisan.

I'll be watching MSNBC's late-night RNC coverage. It's the only convention coverage I plan to watch.

5. MSNBC is my choice also, along with...
C-Span. At least the same media that kept main speakers off prime time, like Obama. They are going to follow the same pattern, McCain is not to be shown on regular cable.
