WTF....Arizona passes on voting for John McCain during the roll call?

WTF....Arizona passes on voting for John McCain during the roll call?
Also, 5 Alaska votes to Ron Paul, but they seem to be trying to suppress a tiny bunch of Paulites who are there. But why would Arizona pass - is this a tradition or something?
