For God's sake why aren't we attacking * on national security?
Kerry mentions it some - but still, this is the one issue that is keeping * politically viable.

* is so weak on this, and the Democrats keep talking about the economy and health care, issues we already beat the pukes on.

This is a target rich environment, folks:

1. The August 6th PDB;

2. Tom Pickard (and others) from the FBI testifying that Ashcroft said he wasn't interested in terrorism;

3. Richard Clarke saying that Bin Laden was given two months to get away.

Imagine for a second that Janet Reno had ignored Tom Pickard's warnings.

The pukes win elections cuz they know how to capitalize on issues like this. They know how to frame their opponents using little facts like the ones I listed above.

Why can't our party do the same? I'm starting to think the DNC is fucking incompetent - a bunch of pathetic wimps. Rome is burning and the Democratic party is putting out position papers on economics.

Kerry can't talk about this stuff in his stump speeches, but other people in our party can.

If we can't take out * this time around, then we really are pathetic.

And don't complain to me about the media. You take a sledge hammer and you pound your message into the media.

No one in the Democratic party has the guts to challenge the * Administration on national security? Then why am I even a Democrat?

1. not to mention dropping Al Qaeda for Iraq
And fucking up the Iraq situation so badly (which John Edwards, at least, is talking about).

2. Incompetence, Incompetence, Incompetence
Why aren't we running on Shrub's incompetence? The economy, AQ, Iraq, etc. etc.

4. KERRY MUST GET OUT AHEAD ON THIS ISSUE!
It is obviously a weak spot for * otherwise they would not be touting security issues. The Republican strategy all along is to identify their own weaknesses and cast them on the Democrats or spin them into oxymoron's such as the recent "catastrophic success" in Iraq.
Kerry needs to get out aggressively on every single issue that represents any chink in the * team armor.
