I caught Joe Biden on MSNBC this morning.
He knows something he ain't telling.
I think this is going to be good.
I'm loving the fact that the media doesn't know quite what to do. They figured that they'd have to defend Palin from the Democrats today, But they will have to come up with mostly their own script instead.....it appears, something they hadn't quite predicted.
That's part of it; the Democrats are not doing what would be predictable. They are Biden their time (LOL!)......
McCain has to speak tonight. The expectations are on him. Palen made him look small and almost irrelevant....and so we have to see what he'll do with that.
Thus far, no real solutions have been offered by the GOP to the American People, especially the middle class. There was a certain meaness and pettiness that was exhibited by the GOP last night that is still sinking in. It does seem like more of the same that Bush peddled, and due to the lack of over Democratic reaction, that perception seems to be hanging in the air.
The Democrats appear calm, and the message that Obama gave from the DNC Convention is a stark contrast to what has been offered to date at this RNC Convention, till it is quite jarring.
You aren't hearing shrillness, whining objections, nor indignant outcries from the Democrats, and that is a good thing. It keeps the sympathy factor away from the GOP, and keeps the media from feeling that they have to defend Palin.
I look forward to seeing Barack on O'Reilly.
I find this whole thing fascinating, and I am oddly relaxed and calm, because it is very clear to anyone looking, there is a definite strategy at play here, which will become most evident as we watch and listen.
