Everybody turn your TVs off. Don't watch anything until this weekend. My husband and I are doing it and guess what. We feel better, we're alot less upset, and our blood pressure is normal.

The more you watch CNN and MSNBC and for geez sakes FOX, the more frustrated, anxious and furious you will become. Why? Because there is so much bias, so many lies being spread, and THERE IS NOT A DANG THING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT UNTIL THE CONVENTION IS OVER.

So please. Turn the set off. Read a book. Play with the kids. Try a new recipe. And resume watching Sunday. Or better yet Monday.

By then, the real campaign will have begun.

My mom and I have our kettlekorn and we're throwing balls of paper at the speakers. It's great fun!
The one thing that's been pissing me off is all the negativity about Kerry running a poor campaign...I swear to god I am going to go apeshite soon.
