4. I heard something similar on c-span over the weekend.

There was a panel of the GLB group (sorry if I messed up the name). Mary Gingrich was on the panel, and about 5 or 6 others. One of the people in the audience asked if the folks on the panel thought it was OK to out publick officials over this amendment controversy. The initial response was that everyone felt it was wrong and the individual should be allowed todecided the timing for themselves. HOWEVER, before the discussion was over, quite a few of them said, under the circumstances, it's an OK thing to do...there's so much at stake!
