I don't think what Rudy did on 9/11 was special. He did what a mayor would be expected to do. I suppose when compared with the dumbass chimp's total inaction, it probably looked more heroic than it was.

The chimp didn't go into total inaction, his action was hiding like a coward on 9/11. Agree that what Rudy did is the same as what any mayor would do. I guess the one thing you can say about Rudy when compared to Bush is that at least he didn't hide.
