1. Maybe McCain. He's an evangelical christian after all.
I'm hoping for Barr though.

doing a convention to counter them? I remember reading something about that. I'm sure he's endorsing McLame

6. 90% of Barr voters would have McCain as their second choice over Obama... This is GOOD

Barr can be the GOP's Nader.

8. If it's McCain, Paul will lose a TON of supporters.
He's the Republican version of the anti-McCain. He staged a competing convention during the RNC.

If he caves, he'll lose at least a third of his base.

10. As long as it is not McCain.
If it's Obama that would be a nice way to turn the MSM back to us rather than the Palin\McCain ticket.

12. CNN says...
"Paul, who unsuccessfully sought the Republican presidential nomination, will tell supporters he is not endorsing GOP nominee John McCain or Democratic nominee Barack Obama, and will instead give his seal of approval to four candidates: Green Party nominee Cynthia McKinney, Libertarian Party nominee Bob Barr, independent candidate Ralph Nader, and Constitution Party candidate Chuck Baldwin, according to a senior Paul aide."

13. I highly doubt that he's endorsing McCain.
He was on Colbert the other day talking about his own convention. He was offered the opportunity to speak at the RNC, but turned it down. Colbert started to ask why, and Paul said it was because he'd have to give up everything he believes in. Ron Paul does not like McCain at all. If it is, then they must have offered him something pretty good, but I don't think Ron Paul is that type of guy.

So that's 2 things that Ron and I agree on:

1. War (really Occupation)
2. Disliking McCain

15. My guess is Lee Mercer, Jr. His website is still up, and he is rested and ready.
A little too cool-headed and rational for the Paul supporters, but similar in many ways: http://www.mercerforpresident2008.com/home.html
