Anybody know how you get an invitation to an Inaugaral Ball?

I really want to go to a Kerry Inaugaral Ball and thought I'd plan ahead.Cheers! and Smile! BTW this is a serious question.I do want to know how you get an invitation.

1. Easy..

Contribute. Most inaugural ball invites come from a list of contributors or elected officials (or elite Party activists)

If you've given money to the campaign you will probably receive some notification regarding the ball.

(I want to temper this with what is only my opinion...the more money you give, the more apt you are to receive an invite...I could very well be wrong about this..)

3. Hmmm.I suspect you are right. I am a Party officer, but only a District

Chair.I have contributed but probably not enough.Very sad.I hate the elitism.Everyone that wants to should be able to go.

Different inaugration balls (an Arkansas ball, a gay and lesbian inaugration ball, etc). A perfect way to thank his supporters. :-)
