I have no idea why this guy (a Kerry supporter) does not at least identify Strategic Vision as a GOP polling operation (another website that runs electoral vote totals puts GOP next to their name). The PA, Iowa, MN, WI, and Ohio polls are all from this operation. I've posted this before--all polls are not equal. Just look at the idiotic poll he had up about California for about two weeks. Just because something is the most recent doesn't make it the best or accurate reflection of what is going on. I don't like that site.
Just checked--
I guess he is going to start marking R next to Strategic Vision--
and from his site, this note:
"However, it is worth noting that pollsters aren't always neutral and within the law always do what the client asks for. Strategic Vision normally works only for Republicans and results like these that contradict results from other pollsters in so many states do raise some eyebrows. The polls were completed before the GOP convention opened, so that cannot explain it, but we might be seeing the effect of the swift boat ads."
A note about Strategic Vision: Clients include Sam Brownback and Larry Klayman. plus some races for School Board!!
The head is David Johnson, a repub strategist.
And for real analysis of the Swift Boat ads and where the polls stand, go to donkey rising. The electoral-vote guy has no idea what he's talking about--nothing to support his idea that there was the SBL ads had an effect--he's just recycling conventional wisdom from the media and "democratic" strategists who have nothing to do (but wish they did) with the campaign. In other words, he's blowing smoke out his ass.
Donkey rising is great today:

The Race at the Start of the Republican Convention
The Myth: The SBVT controversy seriously harmed the Kerry campaign. Bush comes into his convention in much better political shape than he has been for quite a while.
The Reality: The race has changed little since the start of the SBVT controversy. Bush enters his convention with basically the same political vulnerabilities he had previously.
