1. Things are evening out big time in ther polls as well
The latest polls done by ABC/Washington Post has Kery at 49 percent, Bush at 49 Percent among likely voters. But Kerry at 49 percent and Bush at 48 percent among registered voters.

Another poll taken today also indicates that the remaining undecided Republicans have a very bug distrust of Bush and are not likely to vote for him. It is close, but Kerry seems to have shaken the swift boat attacks. This is close, but many indication are that Bush dos not stand much of a chance among the remaining two percent of the electorate.

Bush has a bit of the uppoer hand right now, due to the convention.

But the debates are the last open battle ground, and Kerry is a very good debater. All that is necessary is for him to KEEP his poker face, and not do what GOre did in 2000. Gore WON the debate.Bur lost it by the sighing he engaged in regarding Bush's answers, which made him seem like an immature teenager, Bush looking good by comparison, even though his debating was totally lacking in substance. I doubt Kerry will fall for that.
