17. Kerry Ought to Call The Smear Boaters Liars to Their Faces.

I mean it. Kerry should call each and every swiftie a liar -- one at a time -- on national TV.

For example, he should call this Admiral Sprachte (sp?) guy a liar -- the guy who says he was present in the boat on the night Kerry got his first injury. Kerry should insist that Sprachte was NOT there that night and that he's lying if he says he was. When the asshole protests that he WAS there (i.e., is not a liar), Kerry needs merely to trot out the other two enlisted men who (along with Kerry) WERE there that night and who both say that Sprachte wasn't.

That would be three men's word against one, and three testimonies against one is enough to convince most people that Sprachte has to be lying. That message should be repeated (by Dems) over and over -- until Sprachte's reputation for honesty is in tatters. Then Kerry should concentrate on the NEXT liar -- such as the Oregon prosecutor -- and destroy him, too.

This won't require commercial time. Kerry could easily work these charges into his daily stump speech -- which would create new attack headlines every day, and would drive Rove, Bush and O'Neill apoplectic with rage.
