Karen Hughes says this election will be won on "National Security"
"Terrorism" and "Iraq" ...

* We need to TAKE THESE ISSUES AWAY FROM BUSH and pull that faux bravado right out from under his pathetic arse.

* We need to use every bit of ammunition in the 911 reports/every bit of ammo in Clark's book etc...

* Bush preceeded over the LARGEST FAILURE on National Security in the history of the friggin WORLD! Are WE and the KERRY CAMPAIGN going to let him get away with calling his record on these issue a SUCCESS!?

Gawd, I hope like hell we're not. :grr:

/rant. :hi:

3. DAMN STRAIGHT
It's time to hit back the Bushies hard with their own message...if they want this fight to be about national security, so be it. The American people will know that Bush is the true weapon of mass destruction.

5. That's right. Right out of Rove's playbook. Hit them on their perceived
strength! Which by the way is why they are smearing Kerry on his patriotism, service to country.

4. We can beat him on
terrorism and Iraq but make them talk about the economy and healthcare. We don't have to take their terms they need to answer to ours.

7. So what do draft dodging, AWOL, cocaine snorting, slacking,
C average MBA's, bad oil deals, fraudulent land deals with the Texas Rangers, no show governorships, and tax cutting in lieu of real anti-terrorsim measure presidencies until a REAL terrorist attack wakes you the fuck up... how the hell does that kind of resume translate into "National Security"?

Karen?....?

8. So then, one terrorist act in the US will mean Bush is through?
Is that what I am to infer? If the election is about national security and something happens here to make it insecure, then bush won't win?

What bullshit. this election will be about working men and women wanting better jobs, a brighter future for their children, and peace and prosperity at home and abroad.

9. Guess what Ben Stein says it will be won on.
Evangelical turnout. Honest! He said it tonight on MSNBC while talking with Chris Matthews. Said he's never before seen a "revival" like this in his life time. He then clarified it's not Christians, but Evangelicals. :scared:

10. It all goes hand in hand ya know? Their clinging to the left behind books
and voting for Bush.

14. This needs to be our PRIMARY message. AS Clinton said,
Strength and Intelligence need not be mutually exclusive. :hi:

We have got to hammer home that Bush is arrogant, not strong or intelligent when it comes to our national security.
