2. That Lt. Governor from Maryland.
He said Hope is not a strategy. The quote was "HELP is on the way."

3. They're all pretty awful, but I gotta go with the Twits
True that McCain and Guiliani looked pathetic reading speeches that neither of them could have actually believed, but nothing so far tops that Beavis & Butthead revival tonight :dunce:

4. ARNOLD
I actually liked Arnold. Note the past tense. But I am gonna have to choose between paying for critical health care my wife's needs (and which my insurance won't cover 'cause they just won't) and my son's college education. In the mean time, Arnold's pals are saying we have to expand the H1-B program because critical technical skills are unavailable in the US ... while dozens of my colleagues of personal acquaintance go un-employed or underemployed. My wages have been cut by 33% during the Bush administration, but at least I have a job. Expanding H1-B will probably lower my income further.

And Arnold calls me a "girlie man". Fuck that asshole. Terminate him. Arnold has never had to carry the load I am carrying, and never will, and that's a good thing because the steroid popping wanker obviously could never handle it.

Couldn't stand him. Tired cliches strung together. If you believe XXX, you are a Republican! Blah blah. Four more years! Blah blah. Just dumb.

5. Haven't really seen to much...
...except for a bit of Rudy.

I've got MSNBC on, Tweety just asked the panel if any of the demo speeches were as good as Rudy's or Arnold's no one said yes. I thought Clinton's speech was damn good, way better than what I saw of Rudy.

6. You missed the worst.
By far the worst was that guy from TN, I forget his name. No charisma, bad speechwriting, horrible delivery, couldn't connect with the crowd, kept fucking up words and stammering, and he had NOTHING important to say.

8. There was some poor woman talking about Breast Cancer...
She wound up with: "and George W. Bush has been a leader in the fight against Breast Cancer."

Really?

My reply: Being a first-class Boob does not make him a leader in the fight against Breast Cancer!
