The Dem convention was so hostile. What about this?

1. I was thinking the very same thing
the whole time I was watching. I heard some pro-Kerry phone calls on C-SPAN, but most of the others were sickening "pats on the back" for the republicans. I had to control the urge to vomit many times. Ugh.

7. Yep!! I hope Media Matters, FAIR, etc picked-up on this.
Just in case, blast 'em...

FAIR

Media Matters

Progress Report <pr@americanprogressaction.org>

*SOMEBODY's* gotta have footage of the news coverage between conventions. Media Matters is tracking the relative time allotted to DNC and RNC coverage, but they're not yet reviewing the spin factor applied to each.

2. NO there weren't
NONE.

We couldn't enjoy our convention because of ugly asa JOe Scarborough, Bob Dole, Ralph Reed, and other pricks

3. don't forget that troll
Ed Gillespie, RNC Chair.

Repukes dominated the cable commentary during our convention. That plus the pissy-do-we-have-be-here attitude of the media whores is why I stuck with C-SPAN.

But for fun -- why do I torture myself like this -- I checked CNN, MSGOP, etc. to see who from our side might be commenting on their freak show. No point, no one!

4. It's a disgrace
We should have people like Howard Dean baiting and slamming the Repugs. If we had to deal with that failed candidate Dole, why shouldn't they feature ours?

5. I saw Ed Shultz and McCauliffe on earlier
but we definitely don't have the presence that repukes had during our convention, plus MSNBC pretty much handed the network keys to Joe Scarborough today.

6. What Dems? The ones I've seen have been pathetic, some I've never
even seen or heard of....Today on Crossfire in the "Diner" there was some fat terd who made no sense what so ever....and on MSNBC, the only person that seems to be defending the "Dem" position is Ron Reagan, but otherwise, I've seen virtually not one "Dem" to refute or comment on the Republican's like they all did for the DNC in Boston when they covered it.

Unbelievable....

9. And Ron can't even get a word in edgewise

He will make one comment and the rest of the panel acts like he
didn't even speak, in fact just going on as if he wasn't even
there.

8. You have to understand Fair and Balanced

See, they had moderate to insane right wing commentators and pundits
for the Democratic convention, and the same for the republican
convention. That's fair. Right?

/heavy sarcasm/
