I Am ALMOST Ready To Go To NYC To Protest!!!!!
After reading the papers this morning, reading DU posts and scanning the CNN and MSNBC websites, I AM FED UP! I am not going to cede MY country to these fanatics. The radical Christian cleric Jerry Fallwell is pleased that the convention is showing moderation? The republicans are wolves in sheeps clothing. I WANT to be in a march. I want to be there so bad, I can taste it.

2. Big N.O.W. rally tonight in Central Park
Big A.N.S.W.E.R. rally tomorrow outside the convention. Cops are ready to bust some heads, though. Be careful.

3. The protests are getting bigger and bigger every night.
I plan to go tonight and then again when Bush speaks. I wasn't able to go to the BIG march, so I have to do this.

4. come to the "Vigil for the Fallen" at Union Sq on thursday.
Edited on Wed Sep-01-04 08:51 AM by jonnyblitz
A dawn to dusk vigil for all service members and iraqi civilians killed or wounded sponsored by Veterans for Peace and others. Also UFPJ is holding a candlelight vigil after the other is done in the same place during Bush's acceptance speech. This is a few blocks away from Madison Square Garden. I will be there for both all day. :hi:
