Filing A Legal Ethics Complaint Against John O’Neill and other related disclosure matters

I/we are seeing the below ethics complaint form, to file against John O’Neill, floating around on DU threads.

This is a great idea, BUT this form has to be filed based on actual facts where John E. O’Neill is actually violating Texas State Laws governing the legal practice of law. Without this information, you are wasting your time, and will ruin your welcome at the Texas Bar Association.

To make this work and nail our favorite scumbag John E. O’Neill, you need to contact the Texas Democratic Party and get them to help you and coordinate this effort. The head of TDP is a powerful Houston attorney named Charles Soechting, with a very powerful law Firm that donates heavily to the DNC.

Soechting, and one of his partners John O'Quinn, who is a major heavy weight and big money attorney, knows John Edwards. O'Quinn particularly hates O'Neill! If DU can give these cannon attorney's the ammo they need, these guyes will destroy O'Neill and his two-bit SBVT frauds. Also John Edwards is going after Dick Cheney to drag him down as part of the new Kerry-Edwards "Tough Love" campaign initiative!

Further, neither Presidential party is campaigning in Texas because it is not a swing State. So don’t think that Texas Democrats know what hard working DUers here know! This is one hell of a site, with a ton of good information. Send the TDP everything and get to know these people WELL!

Also, Soechting has been quite unhappy, and very vocal, with Terry McAuliffe and the DNC over Kerry-Edwards not campaigning in Texas because so many Texas Republicans, like our Cartel, have turned their back on Bush-Cheney.

No, Kerry-Edwards cannot carry Texas, but they could go to Texas and raise a boatload of money, and make all the contacts with people that personally know all the individuals in the “Bush-Cheney’s Texas Mafia” which includes Fraud O’Neil and his chum buddies!

2. Whistleblower...

The reasons that multiple complaints are needed:

1. Any individual making a complaint, especially a Texas professional, could be subject to tremendous retribution. This is the classic whistleblower scenario and it is not fair. You should not have to take on the entire Republican slime machine in order to simply have the state bar enforce its own rules.

2. Unknown if the State Bar will be motiviated to diligently pursue this matter unless it is very public and overwhelming.

3. I think it is very clear that O'Neill is actually violating the rule by making public MISLEADING statements. Note here - the standard is not dishonest. The stanard is MISLEADING. Can John O'Neill now assert that he has not made ONE misleading statement?

4. I WISH IT WAS THAT EASY - IT SHOULD BE BUT

in reality it's not.

Understand that we have a two Tour Vietnam veteran as a ranking officer, who's a Houston Criminal Attorney, (and a very good one) and he knows John O'Neill and his operation well, heading up this SBVT part of our little Cartel. Being Republicans in the majority, we also understand the “inside game” very well.

Understand that Texas thinks they are an independent County and can do what they want, when they want, without regard for the laws or anybody else. Key Lay and Enron didn’t make up this mentality, it permeates the mindset of the whole State!

A lot of this mentality is actually written in the Texas Constitution so Texas operates very different than most States. Of interest, the Texas Constitution was written were the Governor has very little power or duties. The position is almost ceremonial. This is why Bush is having so many problems in Washington. He didn’t get any good potty training as Governor and was a worthless Daddy’s boy rich kid, that never did anything that was successful, before Daddy got him the Governor’s office.

It also doesn’t help that the Southern Baptist Convention fascists are so dominate in Texas and the political infrastructure, so God tells them to do everything and they will crush anyone against them because it’s God’s will.

Unfortunately, the Islamic terrorist have this exact same ideology, so here we are in the biggest Holy War in the history of the planet between the two largest religion’s in the world with over 1 billion people “on each side” being Christianity vs. Islam.

Anyway, The Texas Bar Association is just a good ol’ boys deal, and O’Neill can break all the laws he want, and they will probably not do anything unless it interrupts their golf, hunting, chasing women, or drinking time. Beside why would they care? O’Neill is helping to beat a liberal blueblood “Ted Kennedy MO” Yankee, so more power to O’Neill and his Bush-Cheney-GOP fraud operation.

Also the H.W. Bush Family is the most powerful political family in Texas and the U.S. This helps Texas interests control key interests in Washington. This is why the “Bush Family Texas Mafia” and Tom DeLay were allowed to break many laws to redistrict Texas and give control to the Republican party for the first time in 130 years. This move was made in tandem with the GOP getting control of the Congress in D.C.

One more thing, Bob Perry (a major Christian fascist with a major God complex) not only is the largest donor to O’Neill SBVT scan, and to Tom Delay, he is also the largest donor to the Texas Governor, the Lt. Governor, and several other key elected offices. Makes it a lot easier to get business done when you own everybody!

I hope this helps clear everything up. Pretty depressing hun!

6. I have been putting together a report of documented O'Neill lies...

getting pretty thick.

1. Helpful to send to O'Quinn as background? Assume he doensn't need help, of course, if he chooses to do something. However, this is NOT O'Quinn v. O'Neill. This is O'Neill v. O'Neill. This is the Rules v. O'Neill. He broke the rules and we just want them enforced. That simple.

2. Need the media to get the Eyes of Texas focused on the State Bar - let them know the media knows that ethics complaints have been filed, and public wants to know what the bar is going to do about it. Will the bar enforce its own rules?
