You know that feeling you get on about day 5 of a week long vacation. That vague sort of anxiety that the end is coming? I think I have that now.
The last week has been like a smorgasboard of protests and events. An All-You-Can-Eat buffet of dissent, Bush bashing and other worthwhile pursuits. There are delegates walking down the sidewalks just waiting to be confronted with truth. Stickers all over phone booths and subway stations like a trail of breadcrumbs. Street theater galore. This IS what democracy looks like.
