3. less than impressive, imo . . .
being locked into a position of supporting the war, all he can say is "I'd have done it differently" . . . not a very powerful argument . . . and why is he blaming the "civilian leadership" instead of naming the Bush administration? . . . this isn't a speech that will garner any significant air time or commentary, I would guess . . .

4. Pretty limp. A lot of words, little substance.
Nice "safe" rhetoric. "I would have done it different..". Yeah, well, I would've never bought that '65 Chev knowing what I know now.
