Jim Hightower's newsletter this month
Jim Hightower, good ol' boy from Texas, who hates Bush, puts out a newsletter. Got my copy yesterday.

Check out his web site. This month is full of comparison on the economy, wages, jobs, the war, Globaloney (gotta love that one!), health care, social security, taxes, education, environment and civil liberties. All subjects we have not heard one about from the RNC this week.

1. I saw Hightower...
...on his book tour in the summer. It was heartening to hear him, and heartening to see hundreds of Dems and progressives sitting in the aisles, standing, whooping and hollering. Very impressive.
