Protests didn't do as much good or harm as anybody thought
All in all a wash. Didn't hurt Kerry but didn't help either (because they were ignored). Even though they were ignored, if they DIDN'T take place that would be reported as bad for us, so they did some good.

2. if it makes * and his cronies uncomfortable, I'm all for it!
hard to say what the overall effect will be. At least it shows the world---who, btw, are counting on us to get rid of *---that we don't like whistleass any more than they do!

4. Hmmm, by that reasoning
I'd have to say that a football team that is tied 0-0 in the second quarter doesn't stand a chance, either. And because the other team has the ball, there's no way they can ever win, because you have to be on offense to score.

I can't argue with logic like that!

12. And I didn't say you did
I said my hypothetical football team couldn't win.

In any event, I'd say it's far too early to determine with any certainty what effect the protests have had.

11. Regardless of your opinion....
I am very proud of the people who took time to express their views. They are the true patriots. Too bad we can't say the same for more people in America. Although I wasn't there physically, I go with them in spirit.... Thank You Protestors
